TaskFlex – Customer Service Agreement

This Customer Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between the individual or entity using the Platform to request services (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) and TaskFlex LLC (“TaskFlex,” “we,” or “us”).

1. Platform Role
TaskFlex provides a marketplace to help you connect with independent Pros. TaskFlex does not perform the services and is not responsible for the acts or omissions of Pros.

2. Service Requests
By submitting a job request, you authorize TaskFlex to match you with a Pro or allow you to choose a Pro from available options. TaskFlex does not guarantee availability or that a particular Pro will accept your request.

3. Payments & Adjustments
You agree to pay the quoted price and any approved adjustments (e.g., additional time, extra tasks) through the Platform. Disputes related to charges must be reported within forty-eight (48) hours of service completion.

4. Cancellations
Cancellations are governed by the TaskFlex cancellation policy in the Terms of Service. Fees may apply, especially for same-day cancellations or cancellations after a Pro has already been assigned.

5. Conduct & Safety
You agree to:

  • Provide safe, lawful working conditions for Pros;

  • Communicate respectfully and clearly;

  • Not request illegal, unsafe, or inappropriate services;

  • Not discriminate or harass Pros in any way;

  • Not attempt to circumvent TaskFlex by hiring Pros off-platform.

 

6. Service Quality & Disputes
Service quality is the responsibility of the Pro. If you are dissatisfied, you should first attempt to resolve the issue directly with the Pro. TaskFlex may, at its discretion, help mediate and may offer partial refunds, credits, or no remedy, depending on the circumstances.

7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TaskFlex is not liable for property damage, personal injury, loss, or any other claims arising out of services performed by Pros. Your sole remedy in connection with the Platform is limited as described in the Terms of Service.

8. Acceptance
By creating a Customer account, booking a service, or using the Platform, you agree to this Customer Service Agreement in addition to the TaskFlex Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
